Hi, I recently got sick and decided to stop smoking weed. I was a heavy smoker around 3.5 grams everyday for a year. I noticed I started coughing up large amounts of black specks in my spit after I cough. I’m starting to get anxious as it seems to be quite a bit. Is this […]

I used to smoke 40 cigs a day. Get urges here and there like once in 2-3 days but I just breathe 5-5-5 and it's gone. According to smokefree I used to spend a day every week in just smoking. Saved around 21k rupees in a month. Benefits: The best one is better sleep, less […]

You can use tobacco pipe tip grips on the füm. They are way cheaper on Amazon than the füm chewable tips, they are about the same thickness as well. I got the smalls they fit really tight the larges might more easily. View Reddit by Marks_son – View Source
I really can’t believe the other stats either – almost £650 not set on fire, 2.5 solid days (58 hours) not spent with a cigarette in my mouth… bonkers! View Reddit by codders82 – View Source
I need to start slow and give myself a realistic goal. I was doing a pouch a day so I gave up 83 pouches at 9mg 750 mg total and saving of $12. Nice! I kept failing when I said forever. Promising myself 100 hours was a way to keep me focused and reevaluate after. […]
Quit cold turkey. 10+ years smoker (1/3 pack a day). It is probably 5th and the longest attempt. Never tried any other nicotine substance or any NRT. I will keep grinding. Thank you all of you here and all the best for your progress. View Reddit by eggsandcarrots – View Source
It’s taken me far too long (after the emphysema diagnosis), but I’ve finally made it. Shame the weather is not cooperating. View Reddit by MonolithsDimensions – View Source
So for starters I have a füm pipe but I always loose it. Been wanting a back up but it's really expensive. Mentioned it to my dad who pointed out the cores are about the size of old pipe filters. Now it doesn't work in every pipe. Alot were too big but this $6 corn […]
37M. Smoked since I was 13. Was smoking over a pack for 10+ years at my worse. Over the years, I tried literally everything to quit; gum, patches, meds. Until I finally used Chantix. That’s the med that finally helped me. I also was sick and tired of living an unhealthy lifestyle. I had zero […]

Day 31, cold turkey, after 25 years. The last years 25-30+ a day. Some days more like 60-80 when partying. I feel fantastic! I started working out a lot more which also plays into the change of resting heart rate, but not smoking is also a big part of it. I have so much more […]
