So proud of myself😀 and you guys! We freaking did it. I smoked a pack a day for 16 years. Actually liked smoking most of the time. But I knew deep down I had to quit. Anyone who is looking for confirmation to quit, just do it. First two weeks sucked ofc, but after that […]
Somewhen in the last 2 weeks I started finding joy and looking forward to having a few small hard candies like mini suckers at night. Not always as a distraction from cravings but more like a reward for being a bad ass non-smoker now lol! So I've been on the hunt for more options. I'm […]
My neurologist warned quitting lowers the seizure threshold. I kinda had an idea what I was in for… After the first 19 hours smoke and nicotine free, I had seizure #1. At hour 39, I had a second seizure and again an hour later. I nearly gave in and gave up. I'm glad I didn't. […]

My brain right now is just referencing old familiar patterns from times when I would vape to feel better and it’s suggesting that because […]

I can't believe it. A year ago I had a panic attack because I felt like I couldn't breathe. After that I smoked a cigarette and thought to myself "wtf are you doing?". Already before I joined this sub because I thought about quitting. The 31st of January 2025 then was the day. Before I […]
I started using 3mg Zyn in December. Picture #1 shows gum recession in the area where I put the Zyn pouch, and picture #2 shows the other side (unaffected). Wanted to post this to bring awareness that the harmful effects of nicotine pouches can occur this quickly and be this extreme. If you're looking for […]
They say not to make too many changes at once because you’ll inevitably fail. I have some neurodivergent traits such as black and white thinking that I am using in my favor this time to compound the reward from my changes: – 72h fasting every 5 days, 2 days keto OMAD – stopped smoking – […]
when I quit I was a pack+ a day smoker of those black American spirits for 13 to 14 ish years. I tried cutting down for a couple weeks, then I tried switching to milds for less nicotine per cigarette but then just started smoking twice as many. I was chainsmoking during one of our […]

Hi guys, so I hit 50 days today and figured I'd share since this community helped me a lot in the beginning. Started this because I was tired of feeling winded after walking up a flight of stairs and my gym routine was basically non-existent. Wasn't planning on any crazy transformation or anything, just wanted […]
