
I have just finished writing up my quit sheet before I make my next and final attempt to quit tomorrow.
I would love to share it will you all, in case it helps any of you.
It’s a compilation of advice I’ve received from ex smokers as well as from research I’ve done about quitting and is heavily influenced by Allan Carr’s method.
Please note that I will be using the cold turkey method. But I’m not here to judge any other methods. So if you plan to quit using a different method (or just don’t sit well with any of this advice) just leave out the bits that are irrelevant to you. Only take from it what you find helpful!
