
So proud of myselfπ and you guys! We freaking did it. I smoked a pack a day for 16 years. Actually liked smoking most of the time. But I knew deep down I had to quit. Anyone who is looking for confirmation to quit, just do it. First two weeks sucked ofc, but after that I swear I just chew sugar free gum and I'm fine. I might think about it once a day now, and I just chew my gum or look at the app and see how far I've come and by the time I'm done with that I forgot about the craving and on to the next thing. I feel so much better about myself. After giving birth and quitting smoking s*** there's not much women can't do π€£π€£πͺπΌπͺπΌπ₯°π₯°ππ
