
been smoking since i was 17 and i have been able to quit twice but for some reason i can’t seem to get rid of the habit this time. cravings are a lot worse, and since i have my own car and a new job its easy for me to buy more when the cravings get bad.
does anyone have any tips? i broke my sober streak because i felt like i needed a cigarette after a breakup but now i dont feel bad, its just habit. i smoke one or 2 at specific points of the day as a routine and some more if i feel anxious during the day.
i really wanna quit but i dont want to switch one addiction for another, like food.
