Day 31, cold turkey, after 25 years. The last years 25-30+ a day. Some days more like 60-80 when partying.
I feel fantastic! I started working out a lot more which also plays into the change of resting heart rate, but not smoking is also a big part of it.
I have so much more energy during the day.
I’m an ICU nurse and currently on my 4th night shift, normally I barely function during the day, I just sleep and go to work. Now I worked out every single day before going to work and still not even tired.
My life is really changing for the better!
