
I need to start slow and give myself a realistic goal. I was doing a pouch a day so I gave up 83 pouches at 9mg 750 mg total and saving of $12. Nice!
I kept failing when I said forever. Promising myself 100 hours was a way to keep me focused and reevaluate after. The medical advice said 100 first hours to overcome the worst and then a few more 100 hours to finally break the anchor ⚓️
I feel great and now ready for the next 100 hours. Little goals that are easier to achieve and each 100 hours gets me closer to totally stopping since I overcome the craving and withdrawal each 100 hours.
